As a Navy veteran, founder Daniel Kivo knows the value of bringing people together and making every detail count. He created Dolce & Pearl to turn food service into something guests can experience: freshly filled cannolis, roaming caviar, and desserts presented with care and personality. Whether at a wedding, private celebration, or corporate event, our goal is to give guests something wonderful to taste—and a moment they’ll remember long after the event.
